The majority of the Games venues are located in the metropolitan area of London within three compact
clusters providing easy access for athletes and spectators.
These venues are connected through a network of walkways and footbridges.
The Games Park is situated in the Lower Lea Valley, East London.

Aquatic Center (left) can seat 17,500 for Swimming or Diving events and 5,000 for Water Polo events;
Main Stadium (right) can seat 80,000. Its structure is already beginning to take shape.
