- Unlimited Database -- As an agency owner, you can administrate your travelers' information, monitor your agents' performance, and manage your business
by just a mouse click. With unlimited use of our database space, you can get rid of piles of paper and at the same time enhance your professional appearance.
Agency Booking Services (@BS℠) -- free access for all City Travel agencies:
- Travel Products -- Let us do all the legwork in finding the best available travel
products, whether they are vacation tours, hotel rates, or air tickets. City Travel allows you to focus
on what is most important - selling travel products and communicating with your travelers. You can always
contact our in-house experts if your travelers have any questions
about any of the travel products, or if you need any help in using any of the travel services;
- Booking Engines -- With @BS℠, there is no need to pay for ARC and/or CLIA memberships.
Our dedicated support team of travel veterans can even do all your bookings,
so you will only be responsible for collecting payments.
Agency Financial System (@FS℠) -- full access for Level II and Level III City Travel agencies (limited access for Level I):
- High Commissions -- Travel agencies live and breathe by their sales commissions. No one can offer you higher overall returns than
City Travel does. We will look after your daily earnings and send you commissions frequently;
- Real-Time Accounting -- You can access your up-to-the-minute financials
accurately and quickly. When using @FS℠, you are only a click away from viewing your daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Agency Marketing Setup (@MS℠) -- only for Level II and Level III City Travel agencies:
- Sales Leads -- You can participate in our online promotion and web branding,
as well as many innovative and targeted advertising campaigns.
City Travel will bring you sales leads at no extra cost;
- Targeted Marketing -- All your customer information will be stored in a secure database,
which is for your use only. Our e-mail system and fax server are set-up so you can carry
out one-to-one marketing activities at any time.
@MS℠ also has a bulk e-mail and fax features for you to use. These services are highly
automated to further improve your marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Agency Resource Site (@RS℠) -- free access for all City Travel agencies:
- Professional Training -- With our start-up kits, web tutorials,
and online seminars, any well-networked professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and
a desire to build his or her wealth in travel can run a travel agency.
Staff training is absolutely free for each of our City Travel agencies;
- Virtual Community -- City Travel provides a virtual networking arena where City Travel
